Last night should have done something to calm your nerves for the upcoming Flames season. Calgary inked the newly acquired Jonathan Huberdeau to an right year, $84 million dollar contract late Thursday night.

There was concern that Huberdeau would play out the season and leave or potentially end up a trade piece at the deadline if the Flames were bad. Well, the Flames and Huberdeau put that to rest with the mammoth signing last night. See fans, some people want to play in Calgary.
