GM Brad Treliving announced in a media conference on Wednesday afternoon that goaltenders Tyler Parsons and Daniil Chechelev are absent from camp. Parsons has undisclosed border issues and will not attend Flames camp at any point, and instead attend Stockton’s. Chechelev is facing ongoing immigration issues from Russia, but Treliving did not rule him out of camp completely. He also confirmed forward Connor Zary is indeed only day-to-day after leaving last game in the first period.
