The Morning After
Calgary Flames 7 - Ottawa Senators 3
Tidbits
-Hat Man: What a night for Dillon Dube! The Flames needed some offensive output and Dube was up for the challenge. He scored his 4th, 5th and 6th goals against Ottawa, helping the Flames win 7-3 AND notching his first career hat trick in the process.
-We’ve Got A First!: (Get used to that) Brett Ritchie opened the scoring for the Flames tonight and in the process scored his first goal as a member of the Calgary Flames. Not to be outdone, Josh Leivo would score the Flames 4th of the night, making it his first goal with the Flames as well.
-Welcome Back: Derek Ryan returned to the Flames lineup and was a shot in the arm the team desperately needed. Ryan would lead a 4th line that would combine for four total points, two of which belonged to Ryan himself.
