Staff Predictions & Projected Lines: David Rittich Is In Net Again Tonight

With Jacob Markstrom not ready to come back Rittich will shoulder the goaltending duties tonight.

Staff Predictions & Projected Lines

Calgary Flames @ Ottawa Senators, 5 PM MT

Previous Games:

2/25: Calgary Flames 1 @ Ottawa Senators 6

2/27: Calgary Flames 6 @ Ottawa Senators 3

Favorite: Ottawa Line: -105 O/U: 6.0

Predictions

(Staff Record: 23-39)

Mark: Calgary Flames 5 - Ottawa Senators 2

The good times keep rolling!

Bold Prediction: Glenn Gawdin gets his first NHL point. It’s going to happen one of these times.

Flash: Calgary Flames 4 - Ottawa Senators 3

I think if the Flames keep the structure that helped them do so well in the last game they can have another dominant performance against a young talented team. Ottawa’s scorers all have their priority on offence so the Flames may be able to capitalize in transition.

Bold Prediction: Jimmy Stu from the Senators gets his first career hat-trick despite the Sens losing the game.

Projected Lines

The Flames held an optional skate this morning according to the team’s Twitter account and they won’t be releasing their lines until the pregame skate. Geoff Ward did announce that David Rittich will be getting the start in net tonight against the Senators.
