The Morning After
Calgary Flames 1 - Edmonton Oilers 7
Tidbits
-Tough Debut: Well, Glenn Gawdin finally made his NHL debut, it's just too bad it came in that game. The 23 year old got 6:40 of ice time in the first NHL action.
-A Puncher's Chance: Sam Bennett dropped the gloves last night after taking a minor penalty for interference. Upon bring released from the bin he threw down with Jujhar Khaira. Bennett's tussle was only the second time Calgary has engaged in fisticuffs this season.
-Breaking Out: Connor McDavid exploded last night for a five point game (3G 2A). Thanks to that effort he now has 14 points in his last 10 games against the Flames.
