The Morning After
Calgary Flames 5 - NJ Devils 3
Tidbits
-Streaking Flames: The Flames won their 4th straight game last night with a 5-3 victory over the NJ Devils. The four game streak marks the first time they’ve won that many in a row in two seasons.
-He’s Hot: Andrew Mangiapane had two markers last night, giving him seven on the season and tying with Elias Lindholm for the team lead. His best goal total as a pro is 18 in 2020-21, so it’s safe to say he’s going to break that with ease.
-Another Strong Start: Johnny Gaudreau had another helper last night, giving him 8 on the season and an assist in five out of his first six game. He’s now one off his assist total in the first six games from last season where he finished with 30 assists on the year.
