SBN Reacts: Where Will The 2021 Stanley Cup Champ Come From?

In the first SB Nation Reacts of the 2021 NHL season you were asked which division would produce the Stanley Cup Winner. As you can see by the results below, the East was heavily favoured with 43% of the vote going towards that division. And to be honest, that makes some sense with the Islanders, Boston, Pittsburgh and Washington holding down that division. The West came in second with 25%, closely followed by the Central at 23%. Where it really falls off is in our division, the North. Only 9% of the fans think that any of the Canadian teams have a shot at raising the Cup this season. Now whether that’s because you all think the North/Flames have no shot or there’s just an American bias to the voting, the North is getting ZERO respect when it comes to being a legit Cup contender.
