The Flames bowed out (that’s a kind description) of the playoffs last night with a 7-3 loss to Dallas in Game 6. Calgary scored three first period goals and looked well on their way to sending the series to a seventh game.......then Dallas scored 7 in a row to send the Flames packing. Here’s what was said in the aftermath.

Media
#Flames allow seven straight and lose game six 7-3. They had a 3-0 lead. An unreal collapse with their season on the line. Still not sure what I just saw.

Stars win three straight, take the series 4-2. To call Calgary’s coming offseason franchise-defining is not an exaggeration.
#Flames G Cam Talbot said he had to remove himself from the bench when he was pulled, to process how mad he was at himself and didn't want to be around the team to have that anger rub off on them. At that point, it was 3-3.
