The Flames handled their business Friday night, shutting the Dallas Stars down 2-0. Despite being a back to back scenario Calgary handed the reigns again to Cam Talbot and he stopped all 35 shots he faced to earn his fourth career playoff shut out. And even without one of their best players in the lineup (Matthew Tkachuk) the Flames did everything they had to do to stop a fully loaded Dallas team. Here’s some of the reaction from the Zoom Press Conferences and media tweets.

Flames win 2-0 despite being outplayed all three periods.
Take 2-1 series lead thanks to a 35-save shutout by Cam Talbot.
No debate anymore about who should start.
Cam Talbot makes 35 saves for his fourth career playoff shutout and second this postseason. Calgary steals game three 2-0.#Flames go 4/4 on the penalty kill, add another SHG. They lead the series 2-1, game four Sunday afternoon.

It wasn't pretty. Boring. Relied on their goaltender entirely too much. Not enough chances. But the #Flames hunkered down on the defensive details when it matters to protect a 1-0 lead and turned it into a 2-0 Game 3 win. Calgary leads the series 2-1.

Cam Talbot (35 saves) became the third @NHLFlames goaltender to record multiple shutouts in a single postseason, joining Miikka Kiprusoff (5 in 2004) and Mike Vernon (3 in 1989). #NHLStats #StanleyCup pic.twitter.com/dQyQBXP6d1
