Yelesin Called Up, Hamonic on IR

The Calgary Flames announced Monday that they have placed defenceman Travis Hamonic on the injured reserve, after he was hurt in Saturday’s game against Vancouver. He joins a growing list of injured d-men, as Mark Giordano will be out a few more games, and Juuso Valimaki has missed the entire season.

In a corresponding move, Alexander Yelesin was recalled from Stockton. Buddy Robinson was sent down and recalled in a cap space move.
