Predictions

Mark: Calgary Flames 5 – Toronto Maple Leafs 4

This feels like a goal explosion type game and the Flames need one. They have struggled in Toronto lately, but maybe their utterly lackluster performance against the Canadiens was a wake up call.

Flash: Calgary Flames 3 – Toronto Maple Leafs 5

The Leafs are flyin high and ever since Keefe took over have been on a roll, the Flames could expose the Leafs weakens D corps and get a win, but I don’t see it. Look for Hamonic and Hanifin to get exposed again.

Michael: Calgary Flames 4 – Toronto Maple Leafs 1

Frederik Andersen has struggled a lot as of late, averaging 4.83 goals allowed in his last six starts, including four against in his last two games. Meanwhile on the Flames side they’ve tightened up defensively of late, only allowing seven goals in their last four. I could see tonight being decided much like the last meeting with one team rallying off 2-3 goals in only a few minutes.
