The Morning After
Calgary Flames 0 - Montreal Canadiens 2
Tidbits
-First Goals Are Bad: When you give them up that is. Calgary surrendered the first goal of the contest for the 29th time this season, tying them with the Red Wings for first in the NHL.
-The Price IS Right: Carey Price moved up the list in Montreal Canadiens history with his 46th career shutout. That ties him with Ken Dryden for third place all time. He’s got a ways to go to catch Montreal’s all time leader George Hainsworth who had 75 shutouts.
Goose Egg City: Calgary was shutout for the 6th time this season which is tops in the league in 2019-20. Not something you want to be #1 in.
