Calgary Flames 0 - Arizona Coyotes 3
If you like hockey, this wasn’t your game. If you like hockey fights this WAS your game. The Flames and Coyotes battled yesterday, literally, with Arizona coming out on top 3-0.
No one cares about the stats or breakdown from this game, all you want to see is the brawl. So here it is:
Tidbits
-First Shut Out: Last night was the first time the Flames were shutout on the season. Oddly enough the first time they were shut out last year came at game #23, a 2-0 loss to the Vegas Golden Knights. Last night was game #22 for the Flames. Must be something about this time of year.
-Kuemper Again: Darcy Kuemper improved his career record against the Flames to 3-1-1 overall with his victory last night. The 3-0 shut out was his second straight blanking of the Flames.
-Naughty Rittich: David Rittich picked up four PIM last night for his efforts in the line brawl. That gives him six on the season, the most by a Flames keeper since.....David Rittich in 2017-18 when he collected 14.
