Bill Peters to Coach Pacific Team at NHL ASG

In addition to giving the Flames a top line right winger and a second pairing defender, it appears that the Carolina Hurricanes have also given the Calgary Flames an All-Star Game Head Coach.

It was announced today that Bill Peters will be coaching the Pacific Team at the 2019 All Star Game in San Jose. He’ll be joining Johnny Gaudreau in representing the Flames along with maybe Mark Giordano.

Peters has been put into the Jack Adams conversation with the Flames turnaround this year, and this all-star coaching nomination should further enhance his case.
