Projected Lines
The Flames have dropped 7 in a row to Edmonton, Glen Gulutzan flipped his lid again and the playoffs are a hit or miss proposition right now and THIS is the lineup Calgary puts out there? Buckle up folks, it might not be pretty.
The Flames will be without Matthew Tkachuk tonight as he sustained an upper body injury during the Flames 5-2 loss to the Islanders Sunday. It looked like the Flames would be without Mikael Backlund and Sean Monahan as well, but thankfully those two are allegedly in the lineup.
The bottom 6 is a hot mess tonight, as it has been for most of the season, so there’s the potential that the top 6 will have to do all the heavy lifting per usual. Trying to make the playoffs and trying to snap this losing streak against the Oilers could prove to be tough if this is the lineup the Flames have to put out for a few games.
