To say it's been a disappointing start to James Neal's career in Calgary would be an understatement. The prized free agent signing was brought in to bolster Calgary's top line, but that role has been taken over by Elias Lindholm. Neal has spent the majority of his time in Calgary on the Flames 3rd line and the results haven't been spectacular. Through 16 games Neal only has 4 points with 3 of the 4 being goals.
