THE SQUAD:

Like last year, Mark Cooper is back again at the top of the team scoring race for goals and points. Jared Vanwormer is neck and neck with him and we’ll see how the race progresses moving forward. Here are the top point getters for KC so far:

Flames prospect goaltender Mason McDonald has started three of the seven games so far in KC, and picked up victories in each start.

UP NEXT:

The Mavs resolve will be tested, as they head out on the road for six of their next eight games. Their early season record doesn’t lend well to road games, but it’s a small sample size. Check back with M&G in two weeks to see how Kansas City fares!
