Fan Poll Friday: Is It Time To Make A Goaltending Move?

While no one in front of the crease has been stellar this season, the goaltending hasn’t helped the Flames at all.

Fan Poll Friday

Ugh. Seems like we’re back at this junction in the road again: do the Flames have a goaltender? Calgary has struggled mightily in their last 3 games with the 9-1 loss to the Penguins being the gold standard of those three. Mike Smith looks more like the Mike Smith of the last month of 2017-18 rather than the Mike Smith who was the Flames MVP during the first half of last year. David Rittich has looked very solid in spot duty this season, but he faltered last year when handed the starting duties when Smith got hurt. So what are the Flames to do? Stay the course? Make a change? Make a trade? Vote in our poll below!
