Ryan Lomberg Recalled

The Flames have made a roster move as they head into Edmonton tonight to take on the Oilers.

The 23 year old Ontario product has played in 35 games with the AHL’s Stockton Heat and has 5 goals and 9 assists and has amassed a robust 84 PIM in those 35 games.

What role Lomberg plays, if any, is yet to be determined, but the Flames have shown that they are willing to thrust their young prospects into the NHL this season. Mark Jankowski, Andrew Mangiapane, Brett Kulak, Garnet Hathaway and David Rittich have all seen significant ice time in 2017-18 and all have been MAJOR contributors this season.
