The Calgary Flames and Sean Monahan have reached a deal. The centre and Flames have settled on a 7 year deal. It has been reported that the deal is worth $44.1 million dollars, making it an AAV of $6.3 million a season.

The Flames and Monahan will most likely have a press conference this afternoon to go over the terms of the deal.
Monahan was second on the Flames in points this past season and will be playing for Team North America in the WCOH this September.
