The good news is the Flames have rarely had a Top 10 pick since moving to Calgary, but they've done pretty well. Lately the Flames have had success with picks 10 and under. Calgary has snagged Sean Monahan and Sam Bennett with Top 10 picks and while Bennett is still getting his feet wet, Monahan has taken off and should be a league wide star sooner than later. Oddly enough, the Flames have drafted 6th four out of the 8 times they've picked in the Top 10. Here's a look at how the Flames have fared when they've had a top pick since moving to Calgary.
