Rate the Flames vs LA

First things first, congrats to Mark Giordano for picking up his 300th career point tonight with his third period goal. Also congrats to Hunter Shinkaruk on scoring his first goal on home ice.

The Calgary Flames couldn’t hold off a late push by LA and give up a late third period goal and an early overtime goal to fall 5-4. All and all not the worst game they’ve played against Los Angeles this year but really felt like they were gonna not get swept in the season series.

I can’t not talk about the snipe by the lethal (sarcasm) Deryk Engelland! He doesn’t score many goals so I’m gonna give him some praise, especially for the fashion he scored his second of the year tonight.
