After hours of hearings yesterday with Dennis Wideman and linesman Don Henderson, the NHL has come down with it's ruling according to TSN's Bob McKenzie:
20 games for Dennis Wideman.

Prior to the ruling, most pundits around the league thought Dennis Wideman would get something between 10-20 and the NHL decided to go with the latter end of those numbers. If this suspension is upheld, that means Wideman will be out until March 14th when the Flames take on the Blues.
This probably isn't the final word on this. Wideman and the player reps will most likely appeal the suspension. But as of right now Dennis Wideman is suspended for 20 games for his cross check on Don Henderson in the Flames 2-1 loss to the Nashville Predators on January 27th.
