Ottawa Senators at Calgary Flames [Game #63 Thread]

The first casualty of the Flames extremely disappointed occurred as the Flames traded Jiri Hudler to the Florida Panthers for a 2016 second round pick and a 2018 fourth round pick. As a result, the lineup is essentially completely unknown. It remains to be seen which Flames will play their last game for the team tonight against Ottawa.

Obviously this is the beginning of what will likely be a very depressing fire sale. The most likely Flame to depart, Kris Russell, isn't likely to play in tonight's game. That might not be the worst thing in the world given his -5.58% CFRel% in five-on-five score adjusted situations unless somebody is already looking for the team to tank for draft purposes.

For the Senators, they think they still have a shot at the playoffs and will be looking to take care of business against a Flames team that is probably a bit shaken up after seeing a veteran scoring leader depart for brighter (literally) pastures. It's unlikely that they'll look past Calgary and will probably be on their A game.
