The Heat have finished their preseason (albeit a brief 2 games) and have announced their roster for the start of the season. The Heat played 2 games last week, one against Tuscon and the other against Bakersfield. The Heat earned a preseason split by beating Tuscon 3-2 behind a Mark Jankowski hat trick and 19 saves by Jon Gillies in net. They then dropped a 3-1 decision to Bakersfield on Saturday.
