Saturday: San Jose Barracuda 2 @ Stockton Heat 3

The regular season kicked off last night with the Heat getting a 3-2 win over the San Jose Barracuda. Goals came from Matt Frattin, Hunter Shinkaruk, and Ryan Lomberg scored the winner with 4:35 to play. Jon Gillies got the win making 28 saves on 30 shots.
