Stockton Heats Derek Grant Playing In AHL All-Star Classic

A big congratulations is in order to Derek Grant who will be representing the Stockton Heat in the Toyota AHL All-Star Classic.

In 21 games with the Stockton Heat this season, 25 year old Grant has garnered 15 goals and 6 assists after playing with the Calgary Flames during the preseason. This left-shooting center stands 6'3" and weighs about 205lbs,  giving Stockton an intimidating edge. Grant played 9 games with the Calgary Flames in 2015 before he was sent to play in the AHL with the Heat.

The AHL All-Star Classic will take place in Syracuse, NY January 31st and February 1st.
