Here's a quick look at who's involved in what during Saturday Night's NHL All Star Skills Competition

NHL Skills Competition, East vs West, 7 PM ET, Bridgestone Arena, Nashville, TN

Saturday night the NHL's best and brightest take part in the NHL Skills Competition at 7 PM in Nashville. Players from all across the NHL will compete in skills events including, but not limited to, hardest shot, breakaways, shooting accuracy and many more. Of note to Calgary Flames fans are the inclusion of Johnny Gaudreau and Mark Giordano for the second straight season. Each of them will compete in multiple events Saturday night for the West. Here's a breakdown of the rosters and the events each player will be participating in. Buckle up and get ready for some fun!
