Welcome back to the Saddledome, friends! Tonight, the Calgary Flames are hosting the Edmonton Oilers, and vice versa. This is the game thread where we focus on the Flames at home: aka, the game in which the Flames have a pretty cool roster, and the Oilers... exist.
Pretty much all the big dogs for the Flames are here. Sean Monahan, Johnny Gaudreau, Jiri Hudler, Mark Giordano, and T.J. Brodie - all present. Sam Bennett, Michael Frolik, Emile Poirier, and Dougie Hamilton? Also present, and should be super fun to watch.
And just think: we're getting a full year of all of them. (Probably not Poirier, but hey, he's next in line - keep an eye on him!)
