News this afternoon broke that Czech national Jakub Nakladal is closing in on signing with either Calgary, Carolina, or Chicago. Nakladal was playing in the top four of the Czech National Team who placed fourth after falling to Team USA in the bronze medal game. I'll be honest there isn't much out there on the guy. Corey Pronman mentioned him as a bottom pairing/depth option who is smart, physical, and has decent skating. Beyond that, there isn't much to say.
