Calgary Flames @ New York Islanders: Gamethread #9

Back at it again after a disappointing 4-1 loss to the Rangers, the Flames are still in search of consistency. It's not going to get any easier tonight against the Islanders, who are one of the highest scoring teams thus far in the early days of the season.

Joni Ortio draws in for his first start tonight, appearing at the very end of the Rangers game where he saved five shots. His appearance may not make a difference, as the Flames aren't making any other changes with their lineup. Read the preview here if you haven't yet.

EDIT: Late change per Wes Gilbertson: Sam Bennett will be skating with Mikael Backlund and Michael Frolik tonight on the left wing. That should help.
