Little Embers: The Best of Flames Tweets

It started with Brendan Morrison. Olli Jokinen and Mikael Backlund soon followed, and then soon enough David Moss(nster) joined in. The Flames had arrived on Twitter after years of pretending social media didn’t exist- and it’s going to be great.

This is going to be a semi-regular feature that aims to capture the very best things from the Flames on Twitter. I’d also like to thank M&G artist Colin for linking to the Moss and Morrison accounts in the latest Hot Coals as I wasn’t yet aware of them. So, what amazing things have we learned so far? Yes. You’re reading that correctly. Tim Jackman, a man who earns hundreds of thousands of dollars a year, probably doesn’t own a computer. And somehow that’s totally fitting.

I'm not sure what any of that means (Canadians, help?), but the real thing to notice here is the amazing amazing profile photo. Dear lord, I want to look like that. Forever.

Olli Jokinen is probably my favorite tweeter so far, and is well on his way to becoming my favorite Flame, purely on personality. I love how fascinated he is by this sign photo he tweeted.
