As per the Calgary Flames website, the club has signed Czech forward Daniel Pribyl to a two-year entry level contract.

Pribyl was drafted by the MOntreal Canadiens 168th overall in the 6th round of the 2011 NHL Draft and has been playing in the Czech Extraliga league for Sparta Praha since 2010/11.

This past season Pribyl scored 16 goals and 29 assists for 45 points in 45 games which placed him in 2nd in league scoring, and he had 5 goals and 6 assists for 11 points in 9 playoff games.

Details from Sportsnet’s Eric Francis say that the deal is a two-way entry-level deal and that Pribyl will likely be moved to the right wing on a line with Sean Monahan and Johnny Gaudreau to take the spot of Jiri Hudler who was traded earlier this season.

Pribyl suffered a season-ending lower body a few weeks ago which will be treated for in Calgary.
