Rate The Flames vs. Panthers

Wow! When they win, they win hard! The Calgary Flames came out swinging in tonight's tilt against the Florida Panthers.

Sam Bennett with a hat trick within 17 minutes and another goal on top of that in the dying seconds of the game (we’ll have more on that tomorrow!), Mason Raymond with a goal, Dougie Hamilton with 100 points, David Jones taking a Dennis Wideman shot off his leg, and Johnny Gaudreau with another goal.

Even though the Florida Panthers made a goalie change throughout the game, the Flames didn’t falter. They continued to push long after the game had been won.

Seems the team was on their game for most of the night and they did it – they won, earning two important points that put them one point ahead of the Anaheim Ducks in the Pacific Division standings. One more win and the Flames could tie the Canucks in points.
