What's shakin' Saddledomers?

I've been a visitor and reader here at M&G for a while, and finally started interacting with the group a little earlier in the year.  Last year at this time, I also started my own blog, Sports Opinionated, as an outlet for my rants on all things related to sports.

Since I started my blog, I've also written for Front Office Fans (here on SBN), snuck one article onto Behind The Net (also SBN) and had the great fortune of publishing a few articles recently on Puck Prospectus.

So why am I telling you all this?  Because you're stuck with me.  I'm a new writer here on M&G and I'm jacked about it. 

I'll do my best to entertain, criticize, applaud or just rant and I hope to keep you interested and willing to contribute as well.  Feel free to slam my opinions, add to them or just question my logic.  That's the reason why we're here, to add a little extra to the fan experience.

I'm a massive supporter of the statistics being developed to evaluate hockey players and teams, which is one of the reasons I love M&G so much.  This is an incredibly knowledgeable community and you're willing to question and challenge conventional hockey wisdom.
