A Case of the Mondays, Tuesday Edition

PrintDue to some technical glitches I was unable to compose and publish the weekly link feature that I like to imagine everyone has grown fond of, but we all know that Tuesdays are practically just as bad as Mondays anyways, right? It's not quite the middle of the week and there's still three more days till the weekend--in fact, Tuesday is probably the single most meaningless day of the week. Hopefully these links will provide you with some direction.
In some semi Flames-related news, Dion Phaneuf was (officially) named the captain of the Toronto Maple Leafs yesterday. This has proved to be somewhat of a divisive issue amongst fans of the NHL's 29 other non-Toronto-based franchises, and was even the cause of some verbal sparring in this very space. The Hershey Bears are the 2010 Calder Cup Champions for the second consecutive year
Technically, they have only been the 2010 Calder Cup Champions one year. Last year they were the 2009 champs.
You made me re-check my post to see if that was a direct quote from me.
