With that terrible signing finally getting buried, the Caps now have an open spot on the roster and about $5M in cap space to re-invest...hmm...Nylander was a center, right?

Are you thinking what I am thinking? Forsberg to Washington? They’ve got Backlund, Ovechkin and the money to make the move now. Could be tempting for Pete.
